I’ve been CrossFitting for over 8 years now, and it’s been an incredible journey. My favorite lift is the snatch—it’s a challenging yet rewarding movement that always keeps me striving for better. I also love bar muscle-ups because they require both skill and strength, which makes them so satisfying to master.

 

For me, CrossFit isn’t just about competing (though I do love that too); it’s about the community. There’s nothing like cheering on a classmate as they hit a PR or finish a tough workout. That energy is what keeps me coming back every day, and I’m proud to be part of a place where we can push each other to grow, both inside and outside the gym.
