Bio
I started doing CrossFit as a PE class credit when I was a student at Auburn back in 2013. I had broken my foot just before the semester began, but our head coach told me we could make CrossFit work even while I was in a boot. He was right, and I was hooked on the adaptable nature of the training, the competitive spirit and community elements of the box. CrossFit has been my preferred method of exercise ever since, with a few triathlons and road races sprinkled in over the years.
Though I am a marketing/communication professional by trade, I recently decided to pursue a side passion that could more directly support other people to be their best and healthiest selves. I have been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2020 and a CrossFit L-1 coach since 2022. Additionally, I earned a Master’s in Nutrition in 2024.
Sign me up for any long, grind-y, chipper style workout (especially with double unders, dumbbells, and box jumps!) and Olympic lifting. Outside of the gym I love baking, crafting, any outdoor activities on or near the water, and hanging out with my husband Patrick, our daughter, and our basset hound mix, Simon.
